When you create an account on CAPAB and provide your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from CAPAB at the phone number provided.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive a few messages per day during active use of CAPAB.
Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. CAPAB does not charge you for SMS, but your carrier may.

Note: Account verification (OTP) messages cannot be opted out of, as they are required to securely log into the Service. If you opt out of OTP, you will not be able to use CAPAB.

Your phone number is treated according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties. SMS data is shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the purpose of delivering messages.
CAPAB SMS service is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
