FULL MARKET LLC ("CAPAB," "we," "us," or "our") operates the CAPAB mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information: Phone number, full name, profile photo, language preference, and role (client or worker).
- Job information: Job postings, applications, descriptions, locations, and pay details.
- Communications: Messages exchanged between users through our in-app messaging.
- Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Verification: Government-issued ID may be requested for identity verification.
Information collected automatically
- Device data: Device type, operating system, app version, IP address.
- Usage data: Features you use, pages you visit, time spent in the app.
- Location data: With your permission, to show nearby jobs and workers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To match clients with workers
- To send SMS verification codes (one-time passwords) via Twilio
- To send push notifications about jobs, messages, and account activity
- To process payments through Stripe
- To provide customer support
- To detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

3. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from CAPAB for account verification (one-time passwords) and important account notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential SMS by replying STOP. For details, see our SMS Notice.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With other users as needed for the service (e.g., your name and photo are visible to job posters when you apply).
- With service providers who help us operate (Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payments, hosting providers).
- For legal reasons if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
- In a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition (you'll be notified).
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted databases, and secure authentication. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
6. Your Rights
You may:
- Access and update your account information in the app
- Request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@capab.app
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Disable location services through your device settings
Residents of California, the EU, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law (CCPA, GDPR). Contact us to exercise them.
7. Children's Privacy
CAPAB is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. International Users
CAPAB is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in the U.S.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
